About Us
Sagitacraft is an online store operated by SAGITTARIUS STUDIO LLC, a single member limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We design original graphic t-shirts and print them to order in the United States.
What we sell
Graphic t-shirts, and only t-shirts. Every item is 100% cotton, unisex, and available in sizes S to 5XL. Most designs come in white and black; a few are white only. We do not sell hoodies, sweatshirts or any other garment.
How we work
We do not hold stock. Nothing is printed until you place an order. Each design is printed on demand at a print facility in the United States and shipped directly to you. Production takes 1-3 business days, then the parcel is handed to the carrier. Orders with several items may be produced at different facilities and can arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 USD per order, and is free on orders of $100.00 USD or more. Total delivery time is 7-14 business days: 1-3 business days production plus 6-11 business days transit. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost and send a free replacement or a full refund. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
