Payment Policy
All payments on Sagitacraft are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card details.
Payment methods we accept
These are the only payment methods available at our checkout:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay
- Shop: Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments
We do not accept PayPal, bank transfer, cheque, cash on delivery or cryptocurrency.
Currency
All prices on this website and at checkout are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised and captured when you place your order. Your order enters production once the payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation email immediately afterwards.
Taxes
Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you are charged, with no hidden fees.
Security
Our checkout runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is PCI DSS compliant through Shopify Payments. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our own servers.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, please check the card number, expiry date and billing address, or try another payment method from the list above. If the problem continues, contact your bank or card issuer. We are not told the reason a bank declines a payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
