Orders and production
How long until my order ships?
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 1-3 business days, then the parcel is handed to the carrier.
How long does delivery take in total?
Transit is 6-11 business days after production, so 7-14 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us with your order number as soon as possible. We can update the address free of charge within 12 hours of your order, or any time before it enters production, whichever comes first.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship internationally.
What does shipping cost?
A flat rate of $5.95 USD per order. Free standard shipping on orders of $100.00 USD or more.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after the label is created.
My order arrived in more than one parcel. Why?
Items are sometimes produced at different facilities, so one order can arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for a split shipment.

What are your t-shirts made of?
100% cotton.
What sizes do you offer?
S to 5XL, unisex fit.
Where are your products made?
Every item is printed to order in the United States.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
How long does a refund take?
We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and email you the result. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments. Full details are on our Payment Policy page.
